Article 1 Au titre II de la liste des produits et prestations remboursables, chapitre 7, section II, au A, dans le chapitre III, au 1, rubrique « Applicables au pied », dans le paragraphe « Pied à restitution d'énergie de classe III », dans la rubrique dénommée « Société OKO SOLUTION S.A.S. (OKO SOLUTION) » est ajouté le produit suivant : CODE NOMENCLATURE 2758310 Pied à restitution énergie, classe III, OKO SOLUTION, SYNERGY X3 LP Pied à restitution d'énergie de classe III SYNERGY X3 LP de la société OKO SOLUTION. DESCRIPTION Le pied SYNERGY X3 LP est un effecteur terminal pour prothèse externe de membre inférieur. Il est composé de trois lames distinctes en fibre de carbone : une lame principale (lame intermédiaire) fendue, une lame talonnière fendue également et une lame supérieure. La jonction proximale est une pyramide mâle en titane. Le pied est fourni avec un revêtement esthétique associé disponible en coloris beige (caucasien). La chaussette SPECTRA en polyéthylène haute densité (PE UHM) vise à protéger le revêtement. Caractéristiques techniques : - tailles des lames : de 22 à 29 cm ; - charge maximale supportée : 147 kg ; - hauteur de talon : 10 mm ; - les modules de pied sont proposés en 9 catégories de résistance de lame, à choisir en fonction du poids de la personne et de son activité ; - poids du pied : 415 g en taille 27 cm (708 g avec le revêtement esthétique) ; - hauteur de construction : 22 à 25 = 155 mm et 26 à 29 = 165 mm. Le pied SYNERGY X3 LP est garanti 36 mois, le revêtement esthétique est garanti 6 mois. La garantie associée ne couvre pas les dégâts, les dysfonctionnements et les dommages liés aux chocs, bris, dégradations ou mauvais usage du fait de l'utilisateur ou d'un tiers. L'âme (lame-butées), la chaussette de protection de cosmétique, la cosmétique c'est-à-dire le revêtement esthétique et le dispositif de liaison à la prothèse sont incluses avec le pied à restitution d'énergie.
